7th May 2025: Successful delivery of Luggage Management System 3.2

After months collaborating with Pan Pac hotel, RFCOM successfully deliver the new Luggage Management System 3.2. The training is also provided to Concierge team. The new LMS3.2 system mitigates to hotel’s AWS system and full functioning in daily basis.
LMS3.2 has the following advantages:

  1. Luggage Store Room’s property and algorithm is configurable. It’s more flexible to concierge team optimizing the luggage storeroom or zone’s plan from time to time.
  2. Tasks are auto assigned by new feature “Virtual Captain”, no more bell captain is required in luggage check-out progress. Virtual Captain Assignment Mode : Rotation/Broadcast/Least Task
  3. Gateway is added in store rooms or zone to further shorten the luggage retrieval time and intelligent finding mis-placed luggage.
  4. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is added to enhance log-in security.
  5. E-ticket sending by WhatsApp is optional towards paperless, to save the environment.
