RFCOM presenting RTG2837 IoT Gateway

October 22, 2020: RTG2837 IoT Gateway developed by RFCOM Technologies has been launched and used in RFCOM Luggage Tracking & Management System (LMS).

With the new RTG2837 Gateway implemented in LMS, Concierges are able to scan for luggages with E-Tags through LMS Dashboard or handheld devices without being physically inside the store room, hotel can have further improve on work efficiency by reducing luggage retrieval time and potentially inventory counting.

Besides, RTG2837 IoT Gateway can be integrated into other solution used in industries like hospitality, logistics and inventory tracking application.

RFCOM Luggage Management System launched in the market

November 9, 2018: After more than one-year development, RFCOM Luggage Management System was officially launched and operation in Pan Pacific Singapore where used to have the challenge of accurate retrieval and storage of guests’ luggage. With the use of RFCOM LMS solution technology, luggage is tagged more accurately and retrieval has been reduced from 3 minutes to 3 seconds!

On 9th November, RFCOM participate Lean Enterprise Development (LED) Symposium 2018 in Ritz-Carlton Singapore and present LMS showcase with Pan Pacific Singapore, supported by Employment & Employability Institute, e2i.

RFCOM recently launched RTM3993 UHF Reader Modem Board

Sept 24, 2018: RAIN UHF RFID reader has great advantages over traditional 13.56MHz RFID technologies : 1) Long-distance detection; 2) Much cheaper RFID tag. Thus, it is getting popular in inventory tracking system and other applications e.g. shopping and human to enhance customer experience.

Due to rapidly increasing high demand in RAIN UHF RFID technologies, RFCOM Technologies recently launch RTM3993 UHF Reader Modem Board which is powered by STMicroelectronics cutting-edge RAIN UHF RFID Reader IC ST25RU3993 and Microcontroller. It is plug-and-play working with RTM3993 UHF Reader Interface Board as an UHF reader alike handheld device. The detected data is communicated to host via either BLE to Android devices or USB port.

Successful delivery of RF wireless Test & Measurement Solutions

RT1203 software Ver 3.0

12th Sept 2014: RT1203 Series RF Quick Test software version 3.0 was successfully delivered to our major customer.

RFCOM’s wireless firmware supports RF and current test for RF4CE and BLE product series. It’s operating in Production Encasing Line testing which results in significantly increasing productivity about 20%.
